1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories still attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required to complete your return.

2. Items Ineligible for Refund or Return

The following items are generally exempt from being returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and perishable goods.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Damaged or Broken Items (Caused by Customer): Items that are broken, damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to customer misuse or error are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for any item returned due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any reason not caused by an error on our part.

  • Customer Responsibility: If you return an item for non-fault reasons, you will pay the return courier cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Our Responsibility (Defective/Error): If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), OrderDao will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Information: Please include your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
  4. Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, clearly include the RMA number inside, and ship the package to the provided address.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria and is not damaged by the customer.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Insert Number of] business days. Please note that for returns where the customer pays shipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
